REFUNDS & RETURNS

All sales are final. The Pink Doll House Co. does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any products once an order has been placed and payment has been processed. This policy applies to all items, including, but not limited to, physical goods, digital downloads, PDF forms, and online training courses.

No Refund Policy:

Refunds will not be granted for any reason.

Shipping & Delivery Responsibility:

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and deliverable shipping information at checkout. The Pink Doll House Co. shall not be held liable for lost, delayed, or returned shipments due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Failure to claim or accept delivery
  • Customer unavailability
  • Carrier inability to contact the recipient

If an order is returned to us for any of the reasons above, no refund will be issued. Any reshipment will be at the customer’s expense. Store credit may be issued at our sole discretion.

Shipping Fees:

All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. Customers are responsible for any additional charges incurred during transit, including but not limited to return-to-sender fees or carrier surcharges.

Fraudulent Transactions:

Orders flagged as fraudulent or high-risk may be canceled at our sole discretion. In such cases, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Chargebacks & Disputes:

By placing an order, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for non-refundable purchases. Any attempt to dispute a legitimate charge in violation of this policy may result in order blacklisting and further action where applicable.

SHIPPING

Customs Duties and Taxes:

The Pink Doll House Co. is responsible solely for the shipment of your order. All applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Please note that shipping carriers may also impose additional fees upon delivery. Failure to pay these charges may result in your package being held, abandoned, or destroyed. The Pink Doll House Co. is not liable for any such fees, delays, or resulting actions.

Customer Responsibility:

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and related fees required by your country. Carriers such as UPS (or your local courier) may contact you directly to arrange payment prior to delivery.

Refusal of Delivery / Non-Payment:

If customs fees or taxes are refused and the package is returned to us:

  • No refunds will be issued for orders returned due to unpaid duties or taxes.
  • If the package is abandoned or destroyed by customs due to non-payment, no refund will be provided.

Return of Unclaimed Orders:

Orders returned due to non-pickup or unpaid duties may take up to three (3) months to be received back at our facility. No refunds or reshipments will be issued under these circumstances.

Shipping Origin:

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Riverside, California, USA.

International Orders:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The Pink Doll House Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or packages held by customs authorities.

Please note that shipping times may be extended during peak seasons or high-demand periods.

Shipping Accuracy:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. The Pink Doll House Co. is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Order Processing and Tracking:

Orders are processed Monday through Friday by 2:00 PM (PST). Once shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be provided.

Order Issues:

Any issues or concerns regarding your order must be reported within 42 hours of the confirmed delivery date. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
